Nice and cozy café in Malleshwaram. The coffee is rich and flavorful, and the ambience is perfect to relax or work. Food is decent, but coffee definitely steals the show. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I dropped by the Third Wave Coffee outlet in Malleshwaram in morning. While the coffee itself was not satisfying, a few things really stood out—unfortunately, not in a good way. Firstly, there was no running air or proper ventilation near the service counter. Your hardworking staff were visibly sweating while preparing and serving orders. Though nothing unhygienic happened during my visit, it’s not far-fetched to imagine sweat accidentally finding its way into a cup one day—turning a fine brew into something like sea salt coffee. Secondly, the air conditioning wasn’t functioning effectively, which made the overall atmosphere uncomfortable—not just for customers, but clearly for the staff as well. It felt stuffy and warm, which really takes away from the cafe experience. Lastly, the food bites weren’t quite up to the mark this time—both in freshness and flavor. I genuinely hope these points are taken constructively, because I do appreciate the brand and the effort your team puts in. With a bit more attention to ventilation, AC maintenance, and snack quality, this place could easily become a favorite morning stop again. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Breakfast
