Absolutely Disgraceful Experience at Plan B, New BEL Road If you value basic respect and decent service, avoid this place like the plague—especially on days they run any kind of offer. The staff clearly assume every customer is there just to exploit the discounts and treat everyone like freeloaders rather than paying guests. The attitude is downright insulting. It’s baffling how a restaurant that supposedly prides itself on its food and drinks can get away with such condescending behavior. I went there genuinely for the food and ambience, not just some silly offer—and yet was made to feel like I was asking for charity. Note to anyone considering a visit: DO NOT go here when they’re running promotions. Unless you enjoy being treated like a beggar for just showing up.
