The staff here was so careless, I ordered coffee with oat milk, first they gave me with normal milk when I confirmed with the waiter he mentioned it is normal milk then he got me another coffee but that was also with normal milk. I am lactose intolerant and this led to serious stomachache after half an hour or so. Staff need to be trained to understand the dietary restrictions and why someone asks for something in particular. In case they didn’t have oat milk available they must have mentioned it, but using normal milk was in anyway not the correct thing

Since several years I was Starbuck’s (SB) regular customer. But from the time I tried third wave coffee’s (TWC) preparation I haven’t visited SB. I have been to different TWC outlets within Bangalore and found fantastic consistency, which was missing in SB. Plus it seems lately ( a year back) SB did some changes in coffee preparation formula and hence quality went down as I stopped getting same punch as I used to get earlier. Kamanahalli TWC is closest to my residence and hence I am more regular there. I must mention Mr Hemant working there , who is very polite and humble and remembers my choice.
