I had a very unsafe and disturbing experience at Lion Burger (banaswadi). While climbing the stairs inside the outlet, I accidentally slipped and took support on a person coming down. I immediately apologized sincerely many times. Instead of understanding, the person verbally abused me and later pushed me down the stairs. I sustained serious injuries including a leg fracture. He appeared to be drunk and later I came to know he is the building owner. What disappointed me even more was that one staff member (seemed like a manager) supported him instead of helping me as a customer. No proper support or safety was provided by the outlet team. Because of this incident, I’m suffering physically, financially and mentally. Customer safety should be the highest priority, especially in such public outlets. I hope the management takes this seriously and ensures such incidents do not happen again to anyone. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner
