"Thinking out of box" and "delivering to customer in the best possible manner" has become new normal for Theos Sector 50 Noida Branch, especially, in COVID-19 situation around us. I wish to share one such event. For my daughter's birthday on 13-Aug, i wanted to order a cake but due to distance factor (i was in Gurgaon) on 11-Aug, it was not possible for me to come to Theo's outlet. I Whatsapped Theo's team (Prince & Team) and checked if it is possible to order over whatsapp. Without a second thought Prince told me it is posssible and shared some samples of the cake i wanted, the designs were great and i selected few out of which i liked one which i wanted to customise. Prince not only confirmed that customisations are possible but also provided his expert advise in designing it. You can see how beautifully the cake has come out. I finalised the cake , made the payment over paytm scan code which he sent me over whatsapp as well and i got the delivery today(13-Aug). It was an excellent experience and would like to say many thanks for Prince and his team for making my daughter's birthday special.
