We went to Theos sector 41 noida on 7th Feb 2016 for lunch to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We have to wait for the table but that is not an issue coz to dine in a good restaurant waiting is normal. When the table was available we were asked to take the table n when we take the table some server came n tell us that the table is already occupied. Ok no problem but when there was nobody sitting so how can be the table already occupied ? Any ways we changed the table. After that no body came to take our order. We called one of the server to take our order and we ordered one fresh orange mojito, one cranberry n mint ginger for drinks. A portion of jalapeño toastadas for starters n asked the server to take rest order after some time. Both the drinks were good n best was fresh orange mojito. But the starter jalapeño toastadas were cold when we get them we called the server n ask him to reheat them when we again eat them they become chewy. We ate them as it is. Mean while we ordered for Turkish pizza for main course. When we were having our jalapeño toastadas something hard came in mouth with a bite and when we have a look at that hard piece it was a piece of the ceramic bowls in which the dips were served. When ask about this from the server we get a reply from kitchen that it was a hard piece of sweet corn. For my information there is a different hardness between a piece of ceramic n a hard piece is sweet corn. Even the server didn't say sorry. Pizza was ok but don't expect any sort of service from these guys they are literally not concerned. I would not recommend this place to anyone because of pathetic service.
