If we're buying an expensive cake for a birthday, as customers, we naturally expect the name to be written on the cake. However, they informed me that they no longer had the biscuits to write the name. When I expressed my disappointment and said this was poor service, Subodh and his team responded with a thumbs-up, showing a complete lack of concern.
