very poor service waited one hour to take order. beverages weren’t available. cashier was very rude. she was talking as if she owned the place and laughing to the other staff members even though there was a long waiting line. the self ordering kiosks were three. both of them were broken. and one’s display wasn’t working. the staff is not aware of the coupon codes. overall very poor service and atmosphere. will not recommend to go here.

Very poor hospitality . Most of the beverage items were not available, the staff was very rude and giving tantrums as if they own the place. When i was giving order to the cashier she was busy gossiping with the fellow staff and the line was too long so it was a frustrating and also the staff isn’t aware of how to redeem coupon code

I had pathetic experience at the MCD. The order screen were not working,the payment option was not coming on the screen,hence I was asked to pay at the main counter. Only one physical counter was open that was crowded with people just asking what is the offer and all, I asked the lady to switch on the other counter as I have already placed the order and want to pay .She asked a worker standing next to her, she denied on her face ,she told " mai ku karu" .. i walked out the store .. This store is not managed properly . Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
