Extremely bad delivery experience on their website. I manually entered the delivery address and the delivery agent had a different navigation location(not inputed by me) but the correct address which he couldn't navigate. Finally the bakery asked me to pick up the order which was for my grandma's birthday way beyond the scheduled delivery, ruining the evening as my family was really looking forward to the delivery. I requested a refund, unable to pickup the cake and disappointed with them, which was again not possible. Extremely unhappy with this experience, wanted to share this experience so people order or zomato/swiggy vs their website. Update: when we opened the box found out the wrong cake was delivered, ordered a mango cake but received a pineapple cake. Ordered 2 brownies but received only one. The staff is very careless. They take money from customer but doesn’t even reheat the take away orders this is the third time. Very unprofessional. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ₹1–200 Recommended dishes: Butter Croissant 1 Piece
