had a very disappointing experience at Krispy Kreme due to the behavior of one of the waiters, Arun. His attitude was arrogant and rude, and he spoke in an unprofessional manner. As a customer, I expect basic courtesy and respect, which was completely missing during this visit. The poor customer service like this ruins the overall experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better staff training in customer interaction. Food: 3
