Ordered from them for a birthday. The delivery guy didn’t call for the OTP and took the gift box back. We were under the impression it had been delivered. They didn’t have the decency to call or message to say that the gift had been returned and kept quite over it. We got to know from our friends. Unprofessional and unethical. Never ordering again. Visited this bakery yesterday with high expectations due to its location in a posh area, but was left quite disappointed. We ordered patty, butter croissants, and vada pav — all of which were served cold. For the prices and the setting, we expected fresh and warm items, especially when dining in with family. Unfortunately, this affected the overall experience and enjoyment of the food. The staff seemed indifferent and didn't make any effort to improve the situation. A place like this should prioritize quality and customer service, but sadly, it did not live up to the reputation or ambiance. Hope they improve their food serving standards in the future. My recent visit, which was supposed to be a simple and pleasant experience of buying pastries for my children, turned out to be quite distressing due to the behavior of one of your staff members. Upon entering the shop, I selected the pastries I wanted and approached the server to assist in packing them. I was informed that I needed to pay the bill first, which I promptly proceeded to do. However, at the billing counter, I encountered a staff member named Imran who showed a complete lack of interest in taking my order. Despite being at the counter first, he began processing the order of another guest who arrived after me. I requested that he follow the proper protocol and process my order as I was already at the counter, but instead of addressing my concern professionally, Imran started arguing with me. He insisted that the other guests came before me and that he needed to process their order first. This led to an unnecessary and unpleasant back-and-forth, and ultimately, I decided to leave the shop without placing my order.
