I ordered a Dream Cake from Bakingo and received the order from Nathupur outlet. Unfortunately, the product I received was of very poor quality. The cake had a sour taste, was spilled, and appeared to be old or expired. After consuming just one or two spoonfuls, it caused stomach upset, indicating that the food was spoiled and unsafe for consumption. Because of this issue, I was embarrassed in front of my guests, as I had placed the order with full trust in Bakingo. Due to this experience, the entire birthday celebration was spoiled, which was extremely disappointing. Despite raising the same issue multiple times, no resolution has been provided. Suggestion: Avoid ordering for special occasions. Service: Delivery Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 1 Service: 1
