The order we got was an absolute waste of money. Cold puffs, soggy sandwiches, and their so-called “solution” was to tell us to heat it ourselves. Seriously? How on earth is a customer supposed to reheat delivery food and enjoy it? That’s not service, that’s laziness. And their customer care? Completely useless. Don’t even bother calling — they have zero intention of helping and only waste your time. This was hands down one of the worst food and service experiences I’ve ever had.
