I ordered two cakes for delivery between 5 and 6pm, and paid for it online. At 6:10pm, I called and checked about the order and was told that it would reach me in 30 minutes as they had not found a person to deliver. My house is less than half a kilometre from the store. At 6:40 when my guests were already home, I went to the store to collect it myself and found all the employees outside firing crackers. We simply collected the cakes ourselves. This was close to 7pm. The cakes were no doubt delicious, but the professionalism was absymal. Service: Delivery Meal type: Other
