I recently visited Theertha Kerala Mess (ತೀರ್ಥ ಕೇರಳ ಮೆಸ್) and ordered Parotta and chicken curry. Sadly, my experience was disappointing. The service was very slow. They served the Parotta first, and then I had to wait even longer for the curry. Both the Parotta and the curry were cold. The chicken curry came in two plates: one with the chicken pieces and another with the gravy. Both were cold, and the gravy was watery. The taste of the food was also very bad. Overall, the meal did not meet my expectations. I hope they improve their service and food quality in the future.
