I would bring this is to notice the management has to change their behaviour in greetings as one of my friend visited and None even cared for a good service and they also had a pet the management could have been polite enough to inform them they do not have a pet friendly place rather than that they stopped them and refused in a rude manner if the relevant team looks into this it would be great. Service: 1
