If you're a dessert lover or just have a soft spot for waffles, The Waffle.Co in Koregaon Park is definitely worth checking out. I visited on a weekend evening, and even though the place is quite small with limited seating, the experience was still enjoyable. The staff is friendly and attentive—they made good recommendations when I was torn between the Nutella Waffle and the Twc special one. I finally settled on the Twc special, and wow, it did not disappoint. The waffle was warm, crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside, loaded with just the right amount of brownie and topped with a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream. Every bite was indulgent and satisfying. They also serve some unique combinations and seasonal specials, so there's always something new to try. Prices are reasonable considering the quality and portion size. The only downside is the seating—there are just a few tables, so it can get crowded, especially during peak hours. I'd recommend visiting during off-peak times if you want to sit and enjoy your dessert peacefully. That said, it's also a great spot for a quick takeaway. Overall, a sweet little gem in KP that delivers on flavor and service. Will definitely be coming back!
