Extremely Poor Service**I went out for lunch and had a very disappointing experience. We ordered a mushrooms bagel, a chicken bagel, and French fries. The server completely forgot our fries. Even after reminding them, the fries never arrived. We ordered our mains (a pasta) afterward, and still the fries didn’t come. In the end, we had to cancel them.What made the situation worse was that the server didn’t bother to explain the delay or inform us whether the fries were coming. We had to call them multiple times just to place orders or to follow up on basic things.They even charged a service charge, which is unacceptable when no proper service was provided. The staff seemed uninterested and untrained—they didn’t even ask if we wanted water; they just placed the bottle on the table and left. Overall, the attitude was extremely lazy and unprofessional.I really wouldn’t recommend this place. Don’t waste your valuable time here.

Ambience and service was great, but food can be improved- the cheeses should be grated and properly melted, felt quite rubbery- the breads weren’t toasted properly- the bagels were uncomfortably loaded and leaked from everywhere But the staff was quite open to feedback

Visited on 7 Feb morning for bfast. Terrible place. Flies all over. Worst restaurant we’ve been to in Pune. Needs to be inspected by health authorities.
