we visited this place after checking its review but the service was worst. We were asked to leave three times while we were waiting for our friends to join. Before leaving, we were sitting at our table waiting for the rain to stop as it was raining heavily and even then, they asked us to vacate the table so it could be given to new customers.When we questioned them about the service,especially after they charged us a service fee—they responded by saying, "We’ve already served you, now you have to vacate the table for others."Very bad experience. Will never go to this place again.

Hi Pranamee,Thanks for your feedback. While we understand you had finished your meal and it was raining, we were also managing a full house with other guests patiently waiting their turn. Our staff politely requested you to vacate the table so we could accommodate those guests - something any thoughtful diner would naturally understand.It’s interesting how some believe that once the service charge is paid, the table becomes theirs indefinitely - regardless of how busy the café is or how many people are waiting. We’re not sure that’s how hospitality is meant to work, but we’ll leave that open to interpretation.We're always striving to create a fair and respectful experience for all our guests - not just the ones already seated.As disappointed as you were with us, we were equally disappointed that the bigger picture wasn’t seen. Visited on 7 Feb morning for bfast. Terrible place. Flies all over. Worst restaurant we’ve been to in Pune. Needs to be inspected by health authorities.
