I ordered a cake from Caramella’s Cake Shop but was very disappointed. The cake did not taste fresh at all, and the quality was far below my expectations. I had ordered it for a special occasion, but it turned out to be a big let-down. Definitely not worth the price and I will not be ordering again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Sorry For Inconvenience, I don’t think so cake wasn’t fresh because every single day we have order booked of 50+ cakes daily and orders are as per requirement. Cakes are made and maintained with strict quality standards But if you didn’t like it or cake was not as per expectation, we can serve better next time.
