Service by Ankit and Joshna was amazing. We had requested an outside sitting and that was given to us within 5 minutes. The food suggestion was really good. Overall a great experience!

Disappointed by the Service – Not What You’d Expect from a 5-Star PropertyWe had high expectations for our visit, especially since we had made a special request through personal contacts in the staff. Unfortunately, no arrangements were made, which was disappointing right from the start.Service was slow throughout. During dinner, the pasta was brought out and left on the table without anyone serving it. We had to ask if someone was going to assist, and it took another five minutes just to bring forks. By then, the pasta had gone cold, and the entire dining experience lost its charm.We had also mentioned that it was my husband's birthday and requested a small gesture—a complimentary writeup of “Happy Birthday” with a cake. While a tiramisu, dessert was served, the simple request to personalize it was completely overlooked.For a property that is positioned as a 5-star hotel, this level of service was frankly disheartening. It's not just about the amenities, but the attention to detail and guest experience that truly define luxury—and sadly, that was lacking during our visit.
