So decided to try this place out for the 1st time. Tried just their drinks and service, in general...and the review is written accordingly.1st things 1st.... these guys don't have a board proclaiming that they are "Swig"....unlike their, say, Balewadi outlet. Instead , you have bouncers, etc. having "Prem's" emblazoned on them. Don't worry, the place shown by Google Maps is the same as "Prem's".Having got that outta the way, let's come to their vibes and fare.So, they have 2 sections - an A.C. & a non-A.C. section. I sat in the latter and, considering the weather....it was a comfortable place to sit.Good for singles, couples as well as groups....across age groups. They even have a Foosball table as well.They have a female bartender ("Ms. Sanjana", if I'm not wrong ) who dishes out decent fare.For the Christmas vibe, they have some wicked decorations. Very creative....and guys, esp., wd have a hearty laugh on visiting the Men's room ("Ho ! Ho !! HOE !!!") IYKYK Truly appreciate the services provided by Mr. Nishant & Mr. Sahib - the Managers....esp. Mr. Nishant ! Very customer - focussed & friendly.My server - Mr. Adil - also was great The cocktails were, as I said earlier, decent. Didn't try their food....but they seem to have a mix of continental+ goan+ desi fare (if I ain't wrong).The only reason that I've deducted a star from their rating is 'cuz their service speed is very slow.... despite not too much crowd. (Sanjana + her crew -> pls take note....if getting a simple spirit+mixer takes ~15 mins., then you guys need to chatter a little less among yourselves and with other staff....and concentrate on spending up the orders....instead of concentrating on staff members who can "patao" anyone )Also, servers can be pressurized a little less , I guess ....then, they'd seem a lil' less stressed when interacting with customers...and communicate with a smile.This place is Definitely worth visiting Enjoy !!!
