Our visit to Oven Fresh was quite a letdown. First, half the items on the menu were unavailable, which was disappointing right from the start. We had to change our order more than once because they kept coming back to say something wasn’t available.Then came the wait—around 45 minutes before we got our food, with no explanation or updates in between. To top it all off, we ordered a cold drink, but it was served warm. When we asked for ice, we were told they didn’t have any. A restaurant without ice, and a warm drink that was meant to be cold, really made the experience worse.The food that did arrive was okay, but overall, the slow service, limited menu, and lack of basic things like ice made it a disappointing visit. Definitely hoping for improvement before considering going back.
