I'd give this a 5 star but I'm not for only 1 reason. But first.... Firstly, this is not THE Dastarkhwan from Lucknow. This is a different place that has nothing to do with the original. Secondly, the kebabs here are amazing and I recommend you come here for the kebabs at least. I ate Malai Kebab and Lasooni Kebab and 2 other mutton kebabs. I also ate the Hyderabadi Biryani and the Kunafa. The Kunafa is also absolutely amazing but fair warning it is expensive. Thirdly, the mutton quality is terrible. Unfortunately, this cannot be blamed on Raafae's Dastarkhwan because any mutton bought locally from Lonavala is very bad. But the premium restaurants in Lonavala all get their mutton from Mumbai or Pune which at this price-point I would expect from them because the Mutton Biryani and kebabs are very expensive. Fourth, I must say that the service is AMAZING. Very fast, very clean, the waiters are so kind, helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. Although, they look like if there was more crowd that this might not be the case because there are too few waiters seemingly. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section, Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes Vegetarian options: Veg options are plenty but the Veg food is not as good as the non-veg food when comparing flavour quality and complexity.

The food was tasty overall, but the service timing really affected the experience. They served the rice pulao, gravy, and naan along with the starters, so by the time we finished the starters, the main course dishes had turned cold and dry. The mutton chaap and mutton pieces in the pulao were mostly bones with very little flesh. Other items were decent, but the meal could have been much better if everything was served hot and in the right order. The quantity was okay for five adults, but the prices felt a bit on the higher side. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
