The Coffee, The Food and all the epic roasting equipment. Truly make this the heart of specialty coffee in Mumbai, if not India. Truly an epic experience! I highly recommend the Double Stuffed Croissants and the Arnold Palmer You can’t go wrong with their Pour Overs either! The craftery by Subko is one of the most unique cafe's in Mumbai. Such an innovative yet exotic feeling brand with simple aesthetics that make it beautiful. From coffee to pastries and sandwiches everything is made freshly!!... they have a display of "out of the bakery" made items with variety of high quality cold/hot drinks mixed with grounded coffee beans that just smell insanely good!
