It's not just about the taste or the packaging of the food every time. Restaurants should also take care of their customers. While I have no complaints about the taste or packaging, the way I was treated today was disappointing. First of all, I made at least 15 calls after placing my order to give some instructions about the packaging, but not a single one was answered. On top of that, the order was delayed. To clarify, the delay was not the fault of the Zomato delivery, as the restaurant itself took longer to prepare the order. Now, I’m seriously considering whether I should order from this place again. Even though I’ve ordered from here many times before, it feels like I’ve had enough of this experience.
