We had a disappointing experience, especially considering it was for our child's 1st birthday celebration. Unfortunately, the cake's taste was subpar, and it was missing the extra chocochips we had specifically requested. To make matters worse, the name on the cake was misspelled, and despite our excitement, the cake wasn't even delivered. Given the significance of the occasion, we had high expectations, but the service and quality fell short. Hopefully, the bakery will take our feedback constructively and improve in the future.
