I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this place. The staff, especially the guy at the counter, was incredibly rude and lacked basic courtesy. He didn’t even bother to respond properly to customers. After reading several other reviews, it’s clear that this is not a one-time issue—many people have complained about the same behavior, yet no action has been taken. If management truly cares about their customers, they need to address this immediately. I won’t be coming back. If you’re looking for better service, there’s Giani’s right beside it—go there instead. Poor experience at this outlet, soggy waffles, rude and sullen staff. When told about the soggy waffles their response was aisa hi hota hai. Not coming back again Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
