I've been visiting this place since the last 4-5 years now. Earlier I used to like the ambience, but as of now, I've come to absolutely hate it. I can't believe this is the same Dilli 19 that I used to love so much during my college years. Now, the service is so bad. They take so much time to bring the food on our table. I've also noticed how sometimes they've literally prepared our butter chicken using leftover chicken tikkas, which is simply unprofessional. Also, there's no cleanliness. That day literally a tiny cockroach just fell onto our table from the chandelier above us, frightening everyone. And the worst part is when you order food to be delivered at your home. The attendant who picks up the call is literally always rude, been experiencing this since last 2-3 years consistently. I don't what went wrong since the last few years, but it doesn't feel like our old Dilli 19. Sometimes we wonder whether the ownership changed, or they stopped caring since they've made enough money now or idk.
