The Veg Treat Express Extremely disappointing experience! I picked two ice creams myself — one priced ₹30 and another ₹20 (clearly printed on the packs). When I went to pay after opening them, they charged ₹60 + SGST + CGST, which is more than the printed MRP. When I questioned it, the staff casually said, “That’s how it works here,” instead of admitting their mistake. This is illegal and unfair — restaurants cannot charge extra over MRP for packaged items. Very unprofessional and dishonest behavior. I’ve kept the bill and will be reporting this to the Consumer Helpline. Service: 1
