I ordered Puran Poli from Gujarati Chulaz, and it was a total disappointment. The puran was very little, the dal was undercooked, and even the dough wasn’t properly cooked. The edges were thick, and the taste was completely bland — totally tasteless. Even the bajra roti was bad — raw in the middle, hard on the sides, and not cooked evenly.
