The Tiger's Kitchen has potential but falls short in delivering an exceptional dining experience. Located near GNE College, the restaurant's focus on traditional flavors is evident, but the execution often lacks consistency. The waitlist isn't usually too long, which is a plus, but the quality of the food and overall experience leaves much to be desired. During my visit, the cheese was sour, a clear indication of quality issues. It seems to have declined in quality over time, affecting the overall atmosphere. The pasta was particularly disappointing; it tasted as though ketchup had been added to boiled pasta, lacking any real flavor or authenticity. While the restaurant has a pleasant setting, the inconsistencies in food quality and service detract from what could be a great dining experience. The Tiger's Kitchen offers an average experience at best, and there are better options in the area for a more satisfying meal.!
