First time I visited at Dugri pizza hut .My experience was so so awesome staff was very well. Also Manager was so professional.food quality was superb.They suggest me very well with affordable price. Just one thing AC not working properly.They said there was a electricity fluctuation. Rest All okay keep it up all . I ordered a margherita pizza with corn and paneer (less cheese, extra sauce) for delivery through Zomato. The order arrived on time, but when we opened the box, the pizza had corn, paneer, onions, and tomatoes—which wasn’t what we ordered. It also looked a bit odd. We contacted Pizza Hut about the issue, and they were very polite. They explained that someone had accidentally made the wrong pizza and offered to send a replacement. The new pizza arrived with a 50% discount and a handwritten sorry message, which I really appreciated. The replacement pizza was exactly what we ordered and tasted pretty good. However, I recommend using the Pizza Hut app for orders. When I’ve ordered through their app, everything has always worked properly. With Zomato, sometimes the order doesn’t get sent to Pizza Hut correctly, which might have caused the issue. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 5 Service: 3
