Location is obviously great but the quality of service has definitely taken a nosedive as compared to our visit there back in 2019. They were spilling the tea and coffee while bringing them down the stairs to us. The coffee was too hot that it burnt my mouth , they should know the temperature on which hot coffee is to be served. It tasted like homemade coffee , was not at all like authentic latte which we asked for. Maggi and Masala tea were ok. Please maintain the quality and work on better customer service ! Amazing place to spend some time with good food and awesome view. Owner was very welcoming and ensured that we had a good experience! Wish I could give extra star for their welcoming behavior which is hardly seen these days at other cafes!
