He was soo rude he didn't even accept his mistake we odered paper masala dosa which was priced 150 but due to the printing mistake at his menu we had to pay 180 rs awful experience the manager was so rude. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They should be sued for using Udupi brand name. We went to the restaurant thinking that they were authentic South Indian Udupi restaurant. We ordered curd rice. They just mixed boiled rice in yogurt and served without traditional tempering. It wasn’t even palatable. When I expressed my disappointment, the response was “ this is how we cook.” I had to say that they were defaming famous curd rice recipe. Anyways, we left it and asked for bill. The waiter must have informed to the owner’s son. He escalated it and started misbehaving. Instead of accepting negative review from a customer, he got offensive and started saying “what is wrong with this?” “This is how we cook.” “This is the original recipe etc.” The staff called his dad who calmed him. The owner and his son need lesson in hospitality and their cook needs cooking lessons. Please see the picture of their curd rice.
