An average experience overall. Manager should be trained on how to behave with customers. Waiters: 5 star for their wonderful service. Ambience: 4 star We went to dine in and booked the table from Zomato at the last minute. The earliest slot that I could select was 9:30 PM. As I did this while we were already having our dinner, we had to wait for roughly 15 minutes to avail 30% discount through our Zomato booking. The manager made these 15 minutes nothing short of hell for us. We even said we can vacate the table, although the waiter politely asked us to sit as they had no guests waiting anyway. But the manager showed suspicion as if we were not going to pay. Once we paid through Zomato, manager didn’t even care to confirm the payment. Upon asking, he rudely mentioned that payment has been received and left. Such behaviour cannot be tolerated at this level. Infact, the waiters should train the manager on how to behave with the guests. I am sure there would be more reviews about his unprofessional behaviour.
