Dear Domino's Management, I am writing to report a concerning experience I had at your Sector 18 branch, located near Zodiac and Zero Degree. Upon my recent visit, I found myself waiting to place an order while your staff seemed to be ignoring customers. They were engaged in a conversation among themselves, and when one employee suggested they should focus on serving customers who were leaving, a female staff member responded, "Jane do customers, I don't care." This unprofessional behavior and disregard for customer service are unacceptable. I believe this matter requires your immediate attention and action to ensure all your staff members are properly trained to provide a respectful and professional experience for your patrons. The ordering and food pickup should be on the same floor. Currently we have to order on Level 1, go downstairs to level 0 to pick up the food, and then come back to Level 1.
