Visited The Soya Chaap Co., the Kadai Chaap Gravy was served piping hot, with a rich gravy that looked as tempting as it smelled. The chaap pieces were perfectly cooked soaking up the bold, smoky flavors of the masala. With butter naan,it was a hearty and satisfying meal.The Afghani Chaap had a subtle smokiness with a rich marination that added a mild, creamy texture without being too heavy. It was soft, well-grilled, and had a balanced flavor—not too spicy, not too bland. Both dishes were well-prepared and perfect for chaap lovers!
