If you want to taste the authentic North Indian Soya and Panner do visit this place which would not disappoint you... Must try Soya tandoori n Afgani Panner.... Vikas the resturant manger was kind enough to explain our questions... Also came to know this restaurant imports Soya and Panner from Delhi... Last but not least Lassi was yummy... Do visit this restaurant once to try varieties of Soya... Visited The Soya Chaap Co., the Kadai Chaap Gravy was served piping hot, with a rich gravy that looked as tempting as it smelled. The chaap pieces were perfectly cooked soaking up the bold, smoky flavors of the masala. With butter naan,it was a hearty and satisfying meal.The Afghani Chaap had a subtle smokiness with a rich marination that added a mild, creamy texture without being too heavy. It was soft, well-grilled, and had a balanced flavor—not too spicy, not too bland. Both dishes were well-prepared and perfect for chaap lovers!
