In this covid19 situation i had personally visited for takeaway order from savoury seashell on bannerghatta road rather than ordering from ZOMATO which claims WHO guidelines followed by this restaurant. To my horror 1.the person handling food was not wear gloves. 2. No santizer or hand wash facility kept for delivery riders. 3. Kitchen floor was in pathetic condition with water n garbage. When i insisted on putting gloves to handle my food they wre searching for the same. With all this i literally cancelled my order right away n money was refunded. We sit at home n read about best safety measures taken from restaurants n order food from ZOMATO thinking thats true n safe food is delivered. But this is how restaurants are fooling us. Think before ordering food its a matter of covid now.
