Very poor service, we were told to order starters and main course together and they told us that starters would be served first, but to our surprise they got everything together and starters were cold, when we asked for change we were denied. They are renovating the hotel and staff are not obliging Service: 2

I was extremely disappointed with the accommodation provided. Despite booking through Booking.com, the room was infested with cockroaches. Although the staff attempted to offer alternative rooms, all of them had the same issues. Additionally, there was a strong unpleasant odor coming from the toilets, and various types of flies were present in the bathroom. The overall hygiene and cleanliness were far below acceptable standards. Service: 1

Food and drinks: Very pathetic service. I came Savoury Seashell Bannargatta road with my family for dinning and we were waiting for 20mins and no one came to attend us. And asked them regarding the same and they are not even concerned about anything and I left this place. Thanks for the security man for asking the concerns which I expected from the table attender. There are so many jockers wearing suits and walking around the floor and doing nothing - I hope this place running by a man who dont know the business well. I feel got insulted - I promise will never visit savoury restaurant again anywhere. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 2
