Had an Amazing lunch here. Its a small place with limited seating. We ordered one of their large non veg meals which was enough for 2-3 of us. Each and every dish was flavourful. The service is quick and courteous. No parking here as its a busy street, however just 100 meters away there is a pay and park facility. This place is bookmarked now for us to have quality meals whenever in Pondy. Price per person: ₹200–400

If you want to eat a good South Indian non-veg meal in pondi, don’t even think about it and just head to the South Indian kitchen. We had actually set out to eat at Kamatchi which is on the same road but when I checked reviews the South Indian kitchen had much better reviews so we walked into this place, and man was it a good decision. Definitely ask for recommendations from the friendly staff here, we had the special fish porichadu, mutton madras masala with parotha which were both EXCELLENT!!! Both the fish and mutton meat were tender and packed with flavour. We loved it so much that we went a 2nd time in 2 days. We did end up eating at kamatchi eventually and were so disappointed, it’s no where close to the flavours that this place delivers.
