We have booked 2 rooms and given advance amount to hotel, but unfortunately due medical emergency in my home I was unable travel to the respective date of booking. I request hotel to shift to another day and adjust the advance amout to next date but they simply denied. They said we consider cancellation charges however they did not mention any cancellation chargers or not refund policy at the time of taking advance. I am not asking to refund the amount, I just want to change the date because of medical emergency. I know many hotels and resorts they do and change the booking date as good guesture and hospitality. But Ajana Sea Vew has a greedy management and they don't understand the emergency and medical situations. I don't recommend to any one to book this hotel becuse of greedy and rude management.
