Food : Ambience : Service : Pricing : I visited the Salt Cafe recently and was highly disappointed with the food. The prices were also on the higher side which makes it even worse. We ordered the following items : 1. Sweetcorn soup - It didn't taste like sweetcorn soup at all and had so many vegetables in it. we got it replaced with Tomato soup which was not good either (there was only a sweet taste to it, we had to add salt and pepper to make it edible)2. Spring rolls - this was okay, the spring roll sheets used could have been wrapped better to give it a more crunchy and smooth texture. 3. Mix Sauce pasta - Dry, Bland, hardly any vegetables. 4. Masala Papad - Too Salty, too sour- The salt in the papad probably wasn't taken into account. 5. Chocolate Brownie with Ice cream - This was decent, though the sprinklers ruined the taste and texture of the dessert - made it a little roadside then a high-end restaurant style. Quite Disappointed ! I guess the only selling point is the Ambience, wouldn't go again for it though.
