One of the worst play to stay which anyone can think of . Sunil at reception doesn’t give importance to customers issue and tell lies too. In my stay of 01 night- TV was not working, took lot of time to get hand wash soap, there was no hot water in shower , after 02 hrs of persistence, they changed my room which is supposedly Superdelux. in this room also mattress were very uncomfortable, it has sagged( had a sleepless night), morning was again shocking as there was no water in bathroom, waited for half an hour then they allowed me to use bathroom in adjacent room. Overall , pathetic is the word and one can have better stays in almost half prices

Rates are higher, need to use magic pin discount for dine in. Hygiene is not good Washrooms are not clean Taste is below average They served us spoiled lassi
