I have booked a deluxe room and while checking in they upgraded me to the luxury room at no cost. The experience was very fine with cozy beds and kind staff. The swimming pool and the gym was on renovation when i booked. Valet parking and parking security guards are not doing their job properly, otherwise i had a fantastic stay in the hotel.

Very disappointing experience with The Quorum Hotel (booked via Cleartrip) We booked The Quorum Hotel through Cleartrip.com, and nowhere was it mentioned that local IDs are not allowed. When we reached the hotel, we were informed of this restriction and were denied check-in. The reception staff were extremely rude and unhelpful, even though we requested politely and explained our situation. We had paid for an entire night, even though we only needed the room for about 4–5 hours, but they neither helped us with an alternative nor offered any support. It was a complete waste of time and money. Thankfully, Cleartrip support later confirmed that the local ID restriction wasn’t mentioned on their site and processed a refund for us. Overall, I would not recommend The Quorum Hotel — the staff lack basic courtesy and professionalism. Please double-check the hotel policies on Cleartrip before booking. Service: 1
