What kind of packaging is this? Why can't you send items in two separate paper carry bags to balance the weight? Why should everything be dumped in a single carry bag? Is it so hard to understand such a basic principle? Horrible packaging! The items are falling down! So difficult to deliver and so clumsy for customers like me to manage once delivered.

Bonda was undercooked. One could taste the raw dough. Dosa was cold and bad. Sambar was horrible. Never ever ordering from this place again!
