The food was below average and service was bad. You have to wait at least for 10mins for someone to show up. The ambience is good but that's about it. Not worth it at all. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Had an amazing experience at Gufha! The food was delicious and the overall vibe was just fantastic. What really stood out was the unique forest-themed ambience — it felt like dining in the middle of nature. The best part was sitting with our feet soaked in water, which added a really cool and relaxing touch to the whole experience. We tried several dishes and enjoyed every one of them. The place is perfect for chilling with friends or family. Definitely worth a visit if you're looking for something different and memorable. We truly enjoyed our time here! Gufha Restaurant is a part of the President Hotel. They currently have 4 branches - Jayanagar, Kumarapark (both in Bengaluru), one each in Hubli and Mysuru. While the Jayanagar branch is the oldest one (17 years), the Kumarapark branch is the newest addition to their chain (they just completed 2 years on 19th November, 2024). Last Saturday, we had an awesome dining experience in Gufha restaurant, Kumarapark branch and here are some of my views about the restaurant: Pros: ~Valet parking provision is well organized. ~The food spread was good and the dishes were palatable. ~Servers are polite and courteous. ~A serving team of about 3 people is dedicated to each table, avoiding any confusion. Sujan (Sr. Captain) did a great job - see his picture appended. ~The ambience is really good. The cave design brings in a unique theme. ~Kids birthday celebration is a bonus! Cons: ~Need to have adequate restrooms, considering the occupancy. Hope this information helps. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
