One of the worst meals I've eaten. We were welcomed well and taken to the table of our choice. This is where the good part of our experience ended. The starter, a chicken tikka, lacked seasoning & flavour. For main course we ordered a butter chicken, mutton Rogan Josh, chicken biriyani & an assortment of breads. Butter chicken was sweet, I mean really sweet and underdone chicken. All breads were cold & dry. Chicken biriyani was completely tasteless. Rogan Josh was OK and edible. The staff tried to get us a replacement for biriyani & butter chicken which we refused. The meal was so bad that we had to finally walk off midway through our lunch. The service was poor, the lady who took or order and served our table, couldn't understand our requirements and served food totally contrary to our instructions. I was told that their buffet breakfast is good. So I'll not advise anyone to try any other meal there. Did not expect such poor experience from an ITC establishment. This is a fine dining restaurant just off the Rose garden. The ambience is quiet relaxing and staff very courteous. We arrived late after lunch and had very limited options. We ordered Biryani and the serving was good for 2-3 people. There was ample parking inside the hotel. Toilets were neat. A nice quiet place to relax after visiting the rose garden. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection
