Dear Team,I am extremely disappointed with my recent dine-in booking through Zomato at The Palms.Booking ID -While booking on Zomato, the buffet price was clearly mentioned as ₹1500 + taxes, and even the restaurant confirmed the same when I asked. However, after I had started dining, the staff asked me where I booked from, and upon mentioning Zomato, they suddenly informed me that the price would be ₹2000 + taxes.This is completely unacceptable and misleading. Due to this, I ended up paying ₹2300 instead of the correct amount of ₹1770, which is unfair.I kindly request you to investigate this matter and refund the excess amount charged at the earliest. Please confirm when I can expect the refund.I look forward to your urgent action on this, as such practices seriously damage customer trust.
