Very disappointing experience at Aquatico Restaurant, Goa. We visited as part of a school trip while staying at Golden Tulip Hotel. The service was pathetic—servers had to be called repeatedly even for water, and they showed visible displeasure and made faces whenever we asked for anything. The buffet menu was the same for both lunch and dinner, showing a lack of effort for a large group. The chicken lollipop was undercooked, and when reported, the chef responded casually and said, “it will be like that only,” without even checking. Hosting 100 students means connecting with 100 families. If they cannot handle student groups professionally, they should not host them. Overall, a very disappointing experience. The rooms and overall stay at Golden Tulip Resort were good, but the experience at the restaurant was extremely disappointing. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Divya provided excellent service and the food and ambience was very good. The other staff interactions were very good too. Must visit, air conditioned by the pool-side restaurant
