Great location, not so great attitude towards walk in guest who don't have room reservations No you can't walk in for lunch at a restaurant or coffee at the shop, you need room reservations, more particularly if you're brown & do not have the NRI accent Remember you can have ton of cash, you can't buy class.... So basically you need a reservation, that is our hotel policy. My suggestion: they should put a board outside "No Entry for Indians without Reservation" Why only Indians? Because while I was there White Couple without Reservation was taken to the restaurant. Reminds me of the old British signage "Indians & Dogs not allowed" Service: 1
