Very poor experience and completely missed the high end dining expectations. It all started with at the gate where we were told that our booking was at 9:30 in spite of confirmation that it was at 9:15. Then we were asked to wait in the lobby as the bar was only for reserved guests. When we went down to the restaurant we were told that the reservation was for 9:15 and that we were late, BUT the tables were not ready so we should wait in the bar. Surprisingly this time the bar did not require reservations. We finally got our table at about 10:15 and were told that the tandoor shuts off at 10:30 so we had better order everything by then. The service was attentive, and the food was decent - unfortunately nothing memorable. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
