Many people visit Bellevue to taste nicely cooked chicken curry, spaghetti and filet américain. Tasty ice cream and good tiramisu will impress you at the first bite. Come to this place for delicious indian wine. Coffee lovers will find it great.
This spot is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Delicious dishes at affordable prices are provided here. You will definitely appreciate the charming atmosphere and modern decor. But this restaurant has been rated below average by Google.

Tried calling a few times for a reservation, but it seems this place is *permanently* fully booked… no matter the day, time, or even decade. The staff handles it with impressive diplomacy though, they manage to be polite *and* rude at the same time.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment and strong criticism regarding the exceptionally poor dining experience my brother, Archit, and I endured at your Bellevue restaurant on October 31, 2025, between 6:30 PM and 7:30 PM. As a patron with deep appreciation for The Oberoi and Trident brand, this experience was disheartening and, frankly, the worst dining experience I have ever had. Every aspect—from the service to the quality of the food and the handling of the complaint—was substandard and completely unacceptable for a property of your stature. Detailed Failures in Service and Quality * Unprofessional Service (Server: Vanita): The service provided by the server, Vanita, was highly unprofessional and rushed. * She presented smelly plates to our table, a serious hygiene concern. * She served our three starters with such haste that my pizza slice went halfway onto the table, and the paneer tikka was precariously placed on the edge of the plate. This level of careless service is unacceptable at a fine-dining establishment. * Substandard Food Quality: The quality of the starters was shockingly poor, forcing us to leave all three unfinished—a first for me at a high-end property. * The Dim Sums were noticeably chewy. * The Pizza was merely average. * The Paneer Tikka was smelly and disgusting, clearly indicative of a severe quality issue with the ingredients. * Inadequate Complaint Resolution: I spent nearly half an hour trying to articulate the gravity of the problem to the Head Chef. He appeared to listen but took the complaint very lightly. His "gesture" of a mere 20% discount was insulting. We were there for a special occasion for my brother, which was totally ruined by this experience. We were seeking an appropriate dining experience, not a discount on an inedible meal and unacceptable service. This token offering showed a lack of genuine accountability. * Cash Payment Mishandling: My bill was approximately ₹6076. We paid with ₹6500 in cash, but after waiting for over 10 minutes, no one returned with the change. This blatant neglect in concluding the transaction is unprofessional. I was forced to leave without collecting my cash change. A Note on Brand Expectations and Appreciation I hold The Oberoi Group in such high regard precisely because I adore the small, micro details your group focuses on to reach the standards we all expect. It is deeply disappointing to see such a fundamental breakdown in basic service and food quality at Bellevue. Compliments, however, must be given to the Trident property where we stayed during our visit; their service was on point at all times. Finally, I wish to acknowledge Bala, who genuinely empathized with our situation and tried her best to show affection and concern regarding the terrible experience my brother and I faced. Her professionalism was a rare positive in an otherwise catastrophic evening. I demand a thorough investigation into this incident, including the hygiene issues with the ingredients, the service protocols, and the inadequate training of the server and the complaint-handling by the Head Chef. I await your urgent response detailing the concrete steps you will take to address this severe lapse in quality and service.
